We are two 23-year-olds bound by a true friendship and a shared passion for excellent food. For the past three years, we have spent every day at Caseificio D’Amico, surrounded by the aromas of tradition, ancient techniques, and a relentless pursuit of quality. It was there that we learned the true meaning of working with care, respecting heritage, and bringing out the best in every single product.
