The Thalassia Cooperative The Thalassia cooperative was founded in 2001 in the heart of the Torre Guaceto Reserve as an activity and service company for the Brindisi park. Tourism, culture, ecotourism and environmental education and animation are the main areas of action, which have led the cooperative to deal professionally and with passion, on a national scale and beyond, with projects connected to the issues of sustainable development, environmental education and of active citizenship in its various forms and languages. The Environmental and Cultural Education activity in schools of all levels, independently or in collaboration with public bodies and regional and national associations (Puglia Region - Infea Network, Ministries, Federparchi, Provinces, Municipalities, Park Bodies), has given life, in the more than 20 years of life of the Cooperative, to projects and experiences that have remained in the hearts of teachers and students.
