From Monday, August 3rd to Thursday, August 6th, 2026, Carovigno’s historic center comes alive once again with the fifth edition of "Masserie nel Borgo e Vini Sostenibili" (Farmhouses in the Village & Sustainable Wines)—a summer event celebrating Apulian culinary excellence, local territory, and regional traditions.

Over four evenings, starting at 7:00 PM, the charming streets of the old town and Via Cattedrale will transform into an atmospheric, open-air "journey of taste."
