Villa Puspo

Villa Puspo is a structure located in the heart of the Carovigno countryside surrounded by endless Masserie and olive groves. In particular, it is the farms in the area that have attracted our attention and so we decided we wanted to create a building that was inspired by that style and the way they are built. It was love and passion at first sight and for this reason we want to share this little jewel surrounded by olive trees with you, hoping to make you live a dream, just like it happened to us! Our main goal is to maintain the originality and authenticity of the place as much as possible without giving up the comforts of today. Our Spaces All this is located on a farm of just under one hectare of land located on the top of a hill, cultivated with olive, almond and fruit trees; the rest of the vegetation is composed of bushes and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean maquis. The main structure consists of an eat-in kitchen, living room with barrel vault, a large fireplace in front of which to spend peaceful autumn evenings, 1 double bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 single and 1 double bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom with shower. An outbuilding consisting of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom (with shower) and direct view of the swimming pool. An alcove (the Lamia) with a tuff bed and a bathroom with shower. To frame everything there are the green and luxuriant foliage of the olive trees of the valley that surround a splendid swimming pool with classic shapes and a lively turquoise color, around which you can comfortably stretch out and relax, regenerating yourself by experiencing Puglia in its authenticity, in absolute peace and relaxation. Furthermore, among the equipped outdoor spaces there are both the courtyard in front of the Lamia and a huge veranda with pergola, a true corner of peace, pertaining to the main structure and equipped with table, kitchenette, stone barbeque and wood-burning oven
