Ape Tour

A unique experience to discover Carovigno and the Mediterranean maquis that is typical of it. 

You will visit the historic center of the ‘city of Nzegna’ aboard a typical ape calessino and discover the beauty of the village. 

This will be followed by a visit to a typical Apulian Masseria, a workshop for the preparation and tasting of the famous ‘acquasale’, one of the region’s most typical but lesser-known dishes. You will also have the opportunity to see up close the majestic thousand-year-old olive trees that will leave you breathless.
